GGA Connect acts as a recruitment agency, matching candidates with employers based on their experience, qualifications, and job preferences. We support candidates with documentation, compliance, and where relevant, international job placement.

However, we do not guarantee employment outcomes or the ongoing performance of placed candidates.

3. Candidate Responsibilities

By registering with GGA Connect, candidates agree to:

• Provide accurate and truthful information in all applications and communications

• Confirm their legal right to work in Ireland (or relevant jurisdiction)

• Adhere to the policies, procedures, and conduct standards of any employer they are placed with

• Ensure that all documentation, including qualifications and ID, is up to date and verifiable

4. Employer Responsibilities

By working with GGA Connect, employers agree to:

• Provide complete and accurate job descriptions and candidate requirements

• Adhere to applicable employment laws and regulations

• Pay all agreed recruitment or service fees in full and on time

• Ensure fair and safe working conditions for placed candidates

5. Limitation of Liability

GGA Connect cannot be held responsible for:

• The outcome of any job placement or employment arrangement

• Disputes between candidates and employers

• The performance, behaviour, or suitability of candidates after placement

• Legal differences or jurisdictional issues arising from placements outside of Ireland

All placements are subject to employer discretion. While we vet and match candidates carefully, final hiring decisions rest with the employer.

6. Termination of Services

GGA Connect reserves the right to suspend or terminate access to its website or services in cases of:

• Fraudulent or misleading information

• Misuse of the platform

• Breach of these Terms & Conditions

• Non-compliance with applicable laws

7. Disclaimers

• GGA Connect does not guarantee job offers or specific employment outcomes.

• Information submitted by users (candidates and employers) is their responsibility.

• We are not liable for the accuracy of third-party content or external website links.

• We make no representations regarding content, compliance, or data protection on third-party websites linked from our platform.

8. International Candidates

GGA Connect supports international applicants where possible. However:

• Candidates are solely responsible for applying for appropriate visas, permits, and meeting legal entry or work requirements

• We assist with job matching and documentation guidance, but cannot act as a legal representative in immigration processes

• All international placements remain subject to the laws and regulations of the receiving country
